Any of you guys found items which you can use to customize your weapons?
Something like Strings for bows? I've been looking everywhere for these things. Last edited by Talon Azura; May 03, 2005 at 08:38 AM // 08:38.. |

You need to use an expert salvage kit on rare items, (purple and yellow)

some blue items will also let you salvage these items. If you identify an item and it comes up and says you unlocked....(insert upgrade component here) then use an expert salvage kit on it and you have a good CHANCE of getting that upgrade. I think i always get one when I unlock, but i am not sure if it is 100%. The only problem is sometimes you can unlock multiple upgrade components on an item, but when you salvage you only get one of them.

my question would be can you apply multiple enchantments on something? Let me frame that better...
Lets say i get a sword of enchanting and i get an enchanting hilt I then get the bomb wand ive always wanted that also has some enchanting thing on it, could i add this to the weapon and get a higher chance or duration on that weapon? What if it was of hexing that was already on the wand, can i add the enchanting on it and get both? How about if it has already had something added to it, does it add to the weapon or do I does it overwrite the previous thing i added to it? do i get the other customizing part back? |
